Friends, as we are pursuing purity, let us also pursue humility…
I have seen God save people from all form of immoralities and later used them mightily to the surprise of many…
But it is hard for God to save men from pride, because, it is an enemy of God that hides in the heart of men…
It is so subtle and dangerous that it disguises as humility and give you verses of the scripture to give it an ecclesiastical name…
If you are not careful, that you have not offended God since you repented can become sin of pride against you…
When you begin to use your efforts to live right with God to compare with others who are behind you, you are opening door for the spirit of this pride…
That is why many prayer warriors never won any war till they died…God watched them die in battle fields …
That is why many that bragged with their holiness never handled anything phenomenal for God in their days…God watched them brag to their graves with their self righteousness…
I fear pride, because, it is resident in the heart of men where even God is asking: ‘who can know it’..
I have seen it eating deep into many promising young ministers and I feel like kneeling down to beg them to enroll in this school of humility…
Because without it, I can already tell how far they can go with God…
What took Jesus 30 years and took Moses 40years to learn must not be dishonored…
Jesus graduated from this school and His Name was highly exalted, that at the mention of His Name, every knee bows…
Moses graduated from this school and by his hands Pharoah paid the Israelites with all the gold in Egypt for all the days they spent in slavery…
